What Is A Lactation Treat?

Can I Eat A Lactation Treat If I’m Not A Breastfeeding Mother?
Yes! Anyone can eat & enjoy them (just ask my husband who makes them disappear). Think of them as healthier treats loaded with ingredients high in iron, fiber & protein. Think: Oats, flaxseed, coconut oil, nutritional yeast, & nuts. They don’t taste medicinal, but they work wonders; Plants are truly magic.
